Service Agreement
We offer annual maintenance agreements. This includes 2 seasonal maintenance checks (1 for your heating system in the fall/winter and 1 for your cooling system in the spring/summer). The maintenance contract also includes 10% off any parts no longer covered by warranty or do not meet warranty specifications, no additional charge for after hours/weekend/holiday emergency calls. With the contract in place we maintain all records for you and will provide to the manufacturer for any requests they need and we will send reminders to you to help prevent forgetting to have the service done.
There is no initial cost. You just let us know when you are available and we will come out to do the first maintenance and bring a contract with us for you to review and ask the technician any questions you may have and pay for it at that visit. For maintenance contracts we do offer 2 ways of paying, you can pay in full upfront, or set it up to be automatically deducted on the first of each month (12 monthly payments).
If you decide against an annual contract with us, you can do the appointments as individual maintenance.

Your water should be crystal clear and free from chemicals, odors, bad tastes and hardness. However, water quality varies from home to home…are you on city water or a well? There are many common water problems that can cause your water to not be everything you want it to be.
Hard water is the result of a combination of dissolved calcium and magnesium. These minerals cause soap scum and water spots on water fixtures or dishes, and can greatly shorten the lifespan of common appliances such as your wash machine and dishwasher and even your pipes. Hard water can cause mineral build-up in your pipes and eventually clog them. You may also see rust or build up on your sink faucets and shower head.

Thaw Your Unit
Please note that when you are running your air conditioner in the summer, and you notice that the air is no longer cool or that your unit is frozen or has ice buildup on it, turn the unit off and call us. If the unit is frozen when we get there, we are unable to diagnose and fix the problem for you. Please make sure that your unit is thawed before we get there. Your time is valuable and we will have to return another day.
